We started with SSH and Merkinsand a mosey out to the entrance for some Strawberry Pickers, and Motivators from five. We then mosied back to the beginning point.
We paired up in teams of two and were given the following instructions. There were four stations, each team went to a different station.
Station 1 – Battle Rope Slams and squats with large block, 25 count. One pax worked the rope, the other did the squats. When done they switched. MOT – NUR
Station 2 – 25 lb rope pull from plank position 25 ft, and 25 count Morracan Night Clubs with 5 lb coupon. MOT – Side shuffle face North.
Station 3 – Battle Rope and overhead press w/ large block, 25 count. MOT – Mosey .
Station 4 – 25 ft rope pull and overhead claps with small bricks, 25 count. MOT – Side shuffle face North.
This was repeated until 6:00.
One team had a lot of chatter, said it was a good beatdown, and there was a lot of laughing from that same group. Not sure if it was the rope or bricks that tickled!
