As Forrest would say, We were RUCKING. YHC got there early and found 1 lone car in the lot with no occupant. The HIM that he is, Snapshot went for a pre-walk. At 6:00 the 5 core principles were stated and we embarked on a Clydesdale pace south down the legacy Trail. We stopped briefly at a traffic light and performed some ruck curls, overhead presses and squats. Once the light changed, we continued south. Once we hit the next traffic signal we turned around and followed our steps north back to our starting location arriving just after 6:45.  We rotated an extra 55 lb. sandbag between each PAX. Great push by all involved.
