yhree coupons placed at the start of our loop course. 4 separate loops each getting longer. 1st place back got the 60lb sandbag, 2nd love took the 30lb ruck, 3rd place got the 20lb ruck for the following lap.
at the completion of each lap the pax would plank until the six came in and also held plank for an undetermined time. The six would hold plank and call halt.
start with the shortest loop. Increase to the 4 loop (the longest) and then repeat 4th loop down to 1st loop.

Same coupons now made up three stations of pain. Add a plank station between each coupon station. Each pax started at a different station completing exercises to failure.
exercises were squats with 60lb sand bag. Curls with 30 lb ruck. Thrusters with 20 lb ruck. Planks in between each station.
