It was a cold 49°, but did not feel that cold.  We started with seven pax, then Spamalot took off on a Bad Runners jaunt.  Pork Roll followed, not wanting Spamalot to be alone on Valentines Day.

The rest of the PAX  started the warm-up with SSH, Strawberry Pickers, Windmills, Michael Phelps, Overhead/Seal Claps, and Morracan Night Clubs.
Thang:
Four corners of 24 different exercises.  Mode of transportation was walking lunges, NUR, and skips. With two minutes of time left, we did a few different planks.  The Bad Runners completed 3.2 miles.
