We did not have a Q for this morning, and not knowing which PAX would show up, YHC was trying to figure out what to do.  With a Dr. appointment at 7:00, it was decided that we would have a 45 minute beatdown.

We started with some Strawberry Pickers,  Windmills, and Michael Phelps.   Then we took a short mosey,  and stopped for the same excersises.  We mosied back to our beginning spot for six rounds of Four Corners.    We did 25 different excercises, some on our own, most in cadence.

Prayers: Ratchet’s father-in-law visiting.  Spartan’s sister  Annie, Snapshots sister Mindy.  All PAX.
