With all of Suncoast a no show last Thursday with a visit from Mulch and Krusty from San Antonio, we pay honor to them by doing their punishment that they put themselves through.

There were 6 stations set up around the outside perimeter of the parking lot with 4 exercises each. The Pax were instructed to do the 1st exercise at each station, then proceed to the next station. We would make 4 loops around the parking lot, stopping at each station and doing the next exercise. The mode of transportation to each station was a run, except for a couple of hiccups.
At Bad Clown on Tuesday Condenser explained to us how running clockwise was easier than running counter clockwise. You will have to check with him on his reasoning for that. So we ran clockwise this morning around to all the stations.

With 8 minutes to go, we did not have enough time to do the last trip around the lot, so we did all of the excercises in one spot. Followed by some post stretches.
