Weather: Hot

With it YHC turn to Q NBP Cycling, the plan was to hit the straights HARD and recover on the east/west jaunts.  But recover was only to decline by 1-2 mph from the long ends of the lake.  In typical F3 fashion, the Q’s instructions are simply suggestions, modified as needed.  Pincher was off to attempt 60 miles, Gridlock and DeFib had a longer pre-ride in place and were looking to brick the second  half of the session with some miles.  YHC, Crabcakes and Pudge cycled the entire duration.

It is great to see so many guys pushing themselves to better their performance in their upcoming races.  It’s great to see a full parking lot when arriving at the AO early.  Pre-Runners, pre-cyclists, murder bunniers, prayer walkers and whatever else tickled the fancy.  Such an impressive group!
