QIC: Sir Wallace and Mr. Clean
Warm and Sunny morning with a sudden Q vacancy from the night before due to our fearless Nantan, Ripken with an unforeseen schedule conflict. Chillpepper suggested a relay type race, and Mr. Clean brought his DD 12 sided dice. Together with Sir Wallace, we basically just winged it.
Sir Wallace lead the group on a brisk mosey around the property with dynamic stretching, wall sits, trice dips, merkins and box jumps followed by SSH, American hammers, Peter Parker’s, arms circles and Michael Phelp
Mr. Clean lead the pax over to his version of the Bermuda triangle involving 3 stops with a die at each corner. Everyone took turn rolling the dice and completing the exercise that it landed on for a couple rounds.
After that, Sir Wallace explained the next challenge: 2 relay teams with each team taking turn carrying the coupon the cone about 30 yards out and back while team member perform various exercises. This went on for a few rounds until we circled up for the final phase.
Cool down circle:
Merkins in rotation until the first person gave out. We got to 76 until ChiliPepper finally succumbed to the heavy weight of his Ruck. Next was squat holds, we got to 100 then Tugboat said, “that’s a good number to stop on”. Finally we did getups from pickle pointer planks, finishing at 86 then the time show 8:00am so that brought us to COT.
