With a tee time looming, Ripken set out to warm up the crew as if they had one also.  This meant a somewhat lighter workout, something as foreign to Chilipepper and Sir Wallace as changing the diaper on your pet orangutan.

Then a 21, 14 and 7 with SSH, Merkins and lots of Burpees and Get ups.

Then we had a choice of numbers/colors with surprise exercises.

That was it, no military flyover, no parade, no Congressional Medal of Honor.
