(Representing the 49ers 3rd string QB who has filled in as starting QB and help his team to 2 recent victories. Literally he was the last man drafted and what everyone would have expected to be Mr Irrelevant. Yet he is rising to the challenges in front of him and showing all those who have doubted, that they were wrong. Something many of us could learn from and should strive for!) So 13 reps of the first exercise at each corner, running as mode of transportation. Once 4th corner done repeat the first exercise and add the second. 13 reps each. So on until all the ladder had been stacked. So for some quick math that was 208 merkins in total, the first listed exercise.

To keep the 6 motivated it was annoyed if anyone got lapped they would have to do 13 burpees before moving on. Although it was close no PAX was lapped this gloom.
