The BackBlast:

The unofficial VQ to the start of the official VQ week. Four pax graciously showed up to the short notice ruck at celery fields…after being called out of course.

5:15am we started circiling celery fields 3 times, varying the routes as felt needed. Each lap is 2/3 miles, give or take.

At the end of the first lap we did 2 exercises: 10 Merkins and 10 Slow squats.

After the end of the 2nd lap, we started the 3rd lap with an Indian run up to the top.

At the end of the 3rd lap we rotated leading exercises which resulted in 10 merkins, 10 mountain climbers, 1o imperial walkers, 10 imperial walkers double time, and 10 squats.

Is celery fields a new AO? Will celery fields be the hardest beatdown of the week? Was celery fields a dump? Does Florida have hills? How many licks to the center of a tootsie pop? Till next time.

Prayers for all the pax resting their bodies as they heal. Prayers for our 2.0’s and patience and discernment needed as parents. Praise for the brotherhood of F3.

Peace

Callahan
