This has turned out to be my second Q but this time shared with Pincher. The first part was run by yours truly Cavallino followed by a killer one by Pincher.
Good weather in the 60s with some humidity but pleasant for a great workout.
A total of 14 HIM including FNG J-Lo. A surprise showing by Rowdie at the end.
The pax warmed up with a double Mosey around the parking lot broken up in two
First mosey included:
1. 15 side straddle ups
2. 13 strawberry pickers
Second mosey included:
1. High knees
3. Arm circle while mosey
4. Side shuffles
To mix things up we all got a partner and performed 100 between the partners of the following:
1. push-ups arm raised in between
3. Squats arms raised
4. Reversed LBCs
5. Run the basketball court in between and after second set jog to the bridge and back
Pincher got the pax by the first speed bump. His work out was brutal. Started with 5 each but increased by 5 at each speed bump. Run from one speed bump to the other. By the time we got to the last speed bump it was a total of 30. Run all the way back to start again

4. Burpees (only 5 at each bump, no increases
We ended up in the rink for announcements (I don’t remember sorry pax-chillipepper has a book full of them) and the COT
