Bring F32U @ Del Tierra!  PAX meet @ the tower and then migrated down to Del Tierra.  Disclaimers and 5 core principles were shared.  We then proceeded to Mozy around the clubhouse.  We were then joined by 2 FNGs.  5 core principles and disclaimer was shared once more.

We circled up and did SSH, strawberry pickers, monkey humpers, Merkins, merocan night clubs and Michel Phelps.

The Thang:

Setup 4 pairs of cones across field about ten yards spacing between.

Starting at soccer goal, long jump to first set of cones and perform 10 merkins, 10 squats, and 10 American hammers before proceeding to next set of cones and repeating the same 3 exercises and mode of transportation until you get to the other goal post.

Turn around and go back the other way, this time bear crawling and the exercises are 10 burpees, 10 SSH, and 10 Peter Parker’s

After the 2nd round we went on a Mozy to complete the big sexy and make a special visit.  Pickle pointers, Homer to Marge, Doorbell rang, monkey humper salute outside of Sir Wallace’s house…  M came to the door..  Off we went to complete Pickle Pounders and Hot Chicks

Circled up and yo the tube of Thunderstruck we performed SSH with a burpee on Thunder.  Then with a  few min to spare FNGs led big boy sit-ups and mountain climbers in cadence.
