Five other pax showed up for my birthday celebration.
I stated the 5 Core Principles:

Mosey to the south around to the tower. Old man stretches, Strawberry Pickers, Micheal Phelps, overhead claps.
21s – side straddle hops in cadence 1-5, 6-21 on your own. All must end at the same time at 21. Anyone gets off of cadence, we start over after five burpees.
It took us three tries, but we finally got it. I probably should have explained it a little better.
58, 19, 63 are the magic numbers
58s and 63s similar to 11s
5 of exercise in cadence at the base of the tower. 8 of an excercise in cadence at the first level, 5 at next, and so on to the top.

We finished with 10 minutes to go, so we did a Chunder: 3 different excercises 30 times each, then 20, then 10. The excercises were American Hammers, Squats, J-lo’s.
We had just enough time for a round of Mary. But I am older now and can’t remember what Mary had us do.
We enjoyed all of the hits from 1963 during our beatdown. Myself, Papa Smurf and Schweitzer new most of the songs.
