3 HIM joined up for the Beatdown that did not have a Q signed up so we took did it by rotation.
SnapShot started with the 5 Core Principles of F3, followed by some bad back stretches, Michael Phelps and a mosey halfway around the parking lot. There we did side straddle hops, mountain climbers and hillbilly walkers. We moseyed the second half of the parking lot. We than began at the divided part of the parking lot. At each side road we stopped for exercises including, squats, lbc’s, american hammers, starting at 5, 10, 15 and 20, then working our way back. That finished our first 15 minutes.
Rapino took the next session and we did three rounds of the above, with merkins, big boys sit-ups, squats and others. He led us in some mid-point stretches, and three excercises of 20 each. 30 minutes down, 15 to go.
Backdraft pulled out his F3 dexcercise cards for 3 more rounds of the above. His excercises included walking lunges, incline merkins, monkey jumpers, lunge walks and others. We finished with a 1 minute plank.
