48 degrees…..perfect running weather

The PAX started off on the northern route for a planned 6.2mile run through the darkness. The plan was to run alternating pace miles at 9minutes and 8minutes then rinse and repeat.  As so often happens on Thursday the plan quickly went out the window……

The reality of what happened was Bing left us at mile 2.5 due to abnormal downward pressure…..and the PAX completed the remaining run and reunited with Bing for COT.  CrabCakes missed the last speed bump and did his best TJ Hooker impersonation but quickly regained an upright position and continued on.

the paces were 8:47, 8:00, 8:27, 7:53, 8:28, and 7:51. Some had a slightly faster last mile.
