Ripken pre-blasted that this wouldn’t be a taxing workout.  He held to his promise.  Four dudes marching with four rucks.  Covered 2.5 miles with a few “ruck off” moments just to remember we had shoulders.  Lots of great fellowship…one of the many benefits of a moderate workout with friends.

COT was combined with beatdown crowd.  Spartan finished us off.  New FNG, Bluejay, joined the ranks.
