Weather – summer is here – 70+ but pleasant, so we tall ourselves.

As is customary, first Tuesday of the month is Linger Lodge Overpass day, AKA – hill training day.  Much of the pax arrived at 5:55a after varying lengths of pre-rides with the Cleveland Challenge looming.

COT was shared and off we went for 20+ miles together.  Pincher took the role of the punisher, one on one this time, challenging each of the pax to beat him on the hill…always a great push and a great reminder that he’s a beast on the bike.

All returned safe, and all returned stronger.
