Nice morning. 70-ish, light breeze, low humidity. YHC, fully prepared for a solo workout, jogged up to find three eager compatriots ready to work on a Tuesday that feels like a Monday.

etc. Plank for the 6 after each run. YHC did not have an opportunity to plank – maybe next time burpees for the six. LOL
Finished with a round of Marys: Germans – long swim (guess who), American Hammers, (crap, I forget, sorry Mugsy), and of course, Muffin tops to take us to exactly 6:00.
