With many pax on the last day of Wild Pax, our number was down at AP this week. Temp 52°.
After the five core principles and disclaimer were given, we took off on our mosey. This morning was a different route towards the lake. We stopped at the basketball courts for some SSH and strawberry pickers. Continued to mile post 10 for agitators and Michael Phelps. We then headed back with a NUR halfway to the Echo Chamber, then made it back with regular mosey.
There were twelve stations set up with two excercises at each station. We would spin a bottle and do the excercises that the bottle pointed to. The PAX were instructed when the bottle pointed to their station, each was to lead the excercise in cadence. After the two excercises, we did a lap around inside of the chamber. When we got back, the last pax that lead was to spin the bottle for the next pair of excercises. All said we did 24 different excercises.
We finished with three minutes left so we did various planks.
