The opportunity of like is to serve. The secret of life is to dare. The spice of life is to befriend. The beauty of life is to give.

Today’s Message: (for those not on social)

“Size Matters”. Last week, I found out 1 of my brothers was being harassed because of his size. While working out w/ Tugboat, Wallace’s son, I showed him these 2 photos & I asked him, “who is the smallest”? Naturally, he pointed to me. I responded by telling him, while I may be the the smallest of them all, I have proving that I could keep up w/ “most” of them, however I’ve earned most of their respect because of the person I am, so much as for them to choose me to serve as their Nantan/Leader. My small size did not stop me from going strong & it shouldn’t stop you. l then asked him if he liked me? And he said, “of course, because you’re always nice to me, you include me & you’re fun & fair, oh & you’re funny, but not as funny as me” I told him that my heart & faith is larger than life & that I saw him in the same way. It doesn’t matter how big or small you are, it’s how you treat others, it’s the love & faith you share from Our Lord Savior & it’s the size of your Heart is what matters. “Tugboat, you have a heart of gold & it’s as big as anyone out here. Your family loves you & all of us F3 Brothers love you.” At that moment, he started running as hard as he could, and I yelled out “Where are you going? He said he was running fast, so that he can be “like me” & keep up w/ everyone else. I couldn’t help but smile. At that moment, I knew this is what F3 is all about, It’s the Impact you make on others. In the past 2 years, I’ve made so many friends, challenged myself & have done things I never would’ve thought of , as well as became stronger in my fitness & Faith. My time & the smile on Tugboat’s face, just summarized my F3 Journey so far & I am blessed to be a part of this great group of brothers & to be surrounded by such HIMs, High Impact Men. Thank you F3 Nation for the gift of adventures & Life. “Leave no Man Behind…” Aye!
