The Pax enjoyed an oldie but goodie STACK! In between each exercise u had to run 60 yards one way and perform 20 jump ropes or 10 air squats and run back to continue the stack.
Simple rules for the stack, before u go to the next exercise… u have to repeat the exercises prior! Here is the stack!!!
