PAX was divided in two groups of 4. 5 stations with exercise and reps 40 ft apart in a rectangle. In the center of the rectangle an assorted set of sandbags, 100, 60, 30, 20 and 10 lbs. PAX performs his rep count then can help the team. Once entire team is done team can move on to next exercise. Mode of transportation bear crawl.

Every Minute timer will go off, everyone will do 3 burpees but one PAX will run to the center and do a Sandbag overhead throw burpee or Man Maker, alternating pax on following minute increments.
