Mozy for a quarter mile into circuit training. Each exercise lasted for sixty seconds until a switch. A total of 2.25 miles were run throughout.
Exercises included: Reverse lunge with forward thrust. These were named “ARTHURS” by Flacco! Kettle Swings. Jump Rope. Bicep Curls. American Hammers with Ball. Big Boys with the ball. Perfect ‘Mercins. Ball Slams!
Fun was had by all! Papa Smurf brings all the smiles and Condenser bringing up the six!
