A bit of a modification but all is good.. Buckets with 50 lbs of pavers were furnished. Pax were to adjust accordingly. PAX are to complete the exercise, use to Mode of Transportation for 100 ft, run back to get your bucket and farm carry it 100 ft, rinse and repeat 4 times. On the 4th exercise skip the MoT and farm carry bucket 300 ft back to start
- 20 Bucket Upright Row + 20 Bucket Hugger Squats – MoT Bear Crawl.
- 20 Bucket Side Bends (10 each side) + 20 Reverse Grip Curls – MoT Crab Walk
- 20 Straight Arm Bucket Shoulder lifts + 20 Bucket Bent over Row – MoT Reverse Lunge
- Due to time we only did 2 x of set 3.
We then circled up and hit the punching mitts. One round of cross jab with a burpee in between transition to the next pax followed by upper cuts with a burpee between each transition.
