Before our Mosey, we began with some stretching to get loose. We mosied out to Bee Ridge Road and stopped for some side straddle hops, mountain climbers, and windmills. I made it clear that on my beatdowns, it is a Burpee free zone. More on that later.
Four Pits of Pain Stops
Hoping to get four rounds of Pits of Pain in, we stayed out by BRR. The reason for staying there was for the exposure out by the road. We safely stayed on the sidewalk.
The Pit Stops were roughly 50 yards apart. Each had four excercises. We would stop at each Pit, turn over the card and do that excercise. After the 4th stop we would Mosey back to the 1st stop and repeat this four times. We modified the mosey parts with NUR, lunges and Toy Soldiers. We still had time left so we came up with excercises that we had not done for another round. YHC asked Abba to come up with one and he blurted “10 Burpees”. After this round we still had time, to many Jack Rabitts for the mosey parts. So we invited J Lo and her friend Suzzane Summers to join in the fun. After that we mosied back to the vehicles for a minute plank to cool down.
