The BackBlast:

It was a beautiful running morning at Fort Hamer.

Every Thursday, we run about 6 miles. It takes around 55 minutes. Well, it’s doesn’t matter you’re running, walking, or biking …  if you’re out on the road for an hour, things can happen. Sometimes there’s a convenient porta potty, sometimes not. Bing shared that his family’s solution was to drink or eat some peppermint. After some advice from Goob and a Google search … that family tradition may have ended.

The other half of the conversation focused on how to talk customers into buying cars, and the best way to tell kids that Santa Claus isn’t real (please don’t show this Blackblast to your 2.0s).

The mumblechatter was engrossing enough that we flew around the course, each mile faster than the one before.

Prayers for Pyro’s family, Crabcakes’ great aunt, and Chappie from the F3 Mustard Seed program.

Only 2 more Fort Hamer runs left in 2020: Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
