Sir Wallace was the first to arrive. YHC pulled in with no time to spare. Ratchet was able to find us after our short mosey around the flag pole to our base for the WOD.
Today was another 30/30…. A simple routine of 45 seconds of an exercise followed by a short run through he elements around the flag pole and back. 10 exercises, then repeat…The exercise were: Mountain climbers, Burpees, SSH, Merkins, Jump Lunges, Plank Jacks, Jump Squats, High Knees, Plank Walks, Butt Kickers. Rest for 45 and repeat.
the later half of the 30 took place at the RaceTrac. A great time between HIMs to share what lessons they are learning.
I love this format! Forces some intentionality about getting to work and bringing some intensity to your exercise efforts. and grows fellowship!
