Peeled off the rest or the PAX and proceeded to perform a quick Mozy.

Performed the following 2x warm-0-rama with 25lb plates.

  • 20 Bradford Overhead Press (elbows stay in front of the body, press bar from chest over the head and to back of neck)
  • 20 Pull overs
  • 20 Kettle Bell Swings
  • 20 Lunge while swapping plates under leg.

Then a little, Catch me if you can.  PAX 1 double times with 2 25lb plates.  PAX 2 does the exercises then double times to catch up to PAX 1 then they flop.

  • 20 Carolina Dry Docks
  • 10 Twisting  Merkin

 

Round 2

  • 20 Sumo Jump squats
  • 20 Reverse Lunge

  • 10 Burpees
