- 20 Pull overs
- 20 Kettle Bell Swings
- 20 Lunge while swapping plates under leg.
Then a little, Catch me if you can. PAX 1 double times with 2 25lb plates. PAX 2 does the exercises then double times to catch up to PAX 1 then they flop.
- 20 Carolina Dry Docks
- 10 Twisting Merkin
- 20 Sumo Jump squats
- 20 Reverse Lunge
- 10 Burpees
