The Thang:

Two Teams with a pair weighted buckets (80 pounds)

Team member will perform the weighted bucket farmer carry’s around the cone and back then pass it to next teammate

Meanwhile the pax perform a coupon exercise.

Each time a teammate completes a circuit a new exercise it performed.
