When I looked at the schedule at 6:00 Wendesday night, the Q spot was still open.  So I took it and pulled this beatdown out of my archives.

At 5:14 it was just Spartan and YHC, in rolls Rapino just in time.

Lucky/Unlucky
Time to offset some unlucky with some lucky. Draw 2 cards. First card’s exercise were performed at one side of the lot where we did 13 reps (unlucky side).
Run to the far side of the lot where we did 7 reps of the 2nd card’s exercise (lucky side). Do this for 13 hands
