Pincher was the lone wolf to make it to Dixieland along with the Q. Luckily, this made the reciting of the core principles very easy. I’m not even sure that I got through all of them (although we had to clarify that with 2 people, the circle of trust was more like a line of trust). We then set off on a mozi with butt kickers, high knees, nur and carioca. Then was a COP with SSH, strawberry pickers, hillbilly walkers, arm circles and Michael Phelps. At some point, Pincher remarked that with only 2 of us, it was like a first date. Or it was something like that. I’m already trying to repress the memories.

The main event was 4 corners with the interval timer. One minute AMRAP for each exercise, then 40 seconds to take the designated mode of transportation to the next station. The lineup consisted of 5 laps, as follows:

Station 1:

  1. Merkins
  2. Carolina Drydocks
  3. Shoulder Taps
  4. Overhead Claps
  5. Hand Release Merkins

Side shuffle to Station 2:

Station 2:

  1. Salsa Dips
  2. Monkey Humpers
  3. Lunges
  4. Leg Raises
  5. Calf Raises

Nur to Station 3.

Station 3:

  1. Big boy Situps
  2. Freddie Mercury
  3. Flutter Kicks
  4. Hello Dolly
  5. LBCs

Carioca to Station 4.

Station 4:

  1. American Hammers
  2. Burpees (in case Chili showed up)
  3. Surfees (in case Posh showed up)
  4. Side Straddle Hops
  5. Mountain Climbers

Skip to Station 1 (in case Ripken showed up).

That brought us up to 6.00, with 3 runners coming through to the other corner of the parking lot. We worked on EHing them and it turns out both of us already knew some of them.
