YHC arrived at 6:30 excited about this Beatdown.   Every thing was all set and ready to go when the PAX started rolling in.

Since this was the Inaugural Beatdown at The Bee Hive at Urfer Family Park, it was appropriate that the following be stated.

Five core principles:

Held outdoors, rain or shine, hot or cold

It was time to mosey around the park.  First stop after a short mosey at the bridge for lunge walking over it.   Another mosey,  then a stop for some Monkey Humpers.  We mosied for a bit, then stopped to point out some trails that could be used in future beatdowns.  <span;>One more mosey and a stop for Michael Phelps and Arm Circles.  Off to the field for…

With about 6 minutes to go after all had completed, Kotter took charge.  We teamed up for a plank and run, one man planks and the other runs to the other side of the field, then the switch.  At this point it seemed like this took an hour.  8:00 o’clock.

Today, Kotter introduced the Ghost Flag.  There will be more information about how another AO can “take” the ghost flag!

There were unmentioned prayers and praises today.  But YHC would like to praise all that came to support the Bee Hive today.  We had a sweat-fest, and we are looking forward to many more as we continue to grow.  Make plans to come visit in the future.
