The Thang 1:
- picked a rectangular shaped area of the parking lot…
- assigned different exercise to each corner (merkins, lbc’s, squats, mountain climbers)…
- split pax evenly into corners…
- did 20 reps of the associated exercise OYO…
- run to the open corner (or least occupied)…
- continue for 8 minutes
The Thang 2:
Diesel, always having pavers in his truck, volunteered his coupons.
- Each pax grabbed one for each hand.
- starting at one end of the parking lot mosey to next intersection,
- first one there calls the exercise.
- 20 reps of that exercise, followed by another 20 (because 20,20 sucks)
20 reps then 20 reps suck of just about anything and since this is the last day of 2020, we obliged its pain once more.
since 2020 is now in the rearview mirror, we ended with 21s
21s : 21 SSH IC, first 10 IC audibly, next 11 in unison and silent ending in accord or punishment to follow… we did 5 burpees because Diesel sucks.
