Weather: Usual – Hot with a slight wind

6a rolled around with Pincher, Ripken, Fireball, Crabcakes and Cottontail rolling in just prior from their feisty 5a pre-ride.  It was declared that we were heading to hit the Get Shorty segment on Masters for 3x repeat sprints following by a northbound trek up Bourneside, returning for a rinse/repeat of Get Shorty, with a southbound trek down the recently paved/not open portion of Bourneside for a return trip up University and home.

With the wind, it wasn’t a day to improve upon segment times, but it was a great test for YHC with some HR limits.  Not sure what the test proved, but YHC felt good about it.
