Well, we had a helluva beatdown for the Fantastic 4!
F3 5 Core principles have not changed and were recited at the start of the beatdown. Then, a typical Olympus-style warmup was done. 2 laps mosy with drills (side shuffle, karaoke, ner, skips, all dorsiflexing). The more dynamic flexibility and running drills (high knees, butt kicks, A-skip, B-Skip, straight legs, and new drill to get everyone feel very uncoordinated).
Four made for a perfect pair beatdown. While one runs a lap, the other one does an exercise (each member does each exercise twice). Before run, the pair did 20x lunge jumps (or squat jumps, or air squats)

- Mountain Climbers (x2)
