3 for an EC 5am loop, Crabcakes, Bing, YHC. There was some chatter about a desired pace, but someone wasn’t listening. It was decided that it would be a crab race, with a little Bada “Bing”…Off we went on the usual EC loop, yet this time the pace wasn’t usual, it was record setting. With a blistering 20.9 ish average pace. So quick we did the normal loop plus added a Greenbrook 2 miler on top. Rumors had it merlot was close to being splashed, impressive work gents.

Official 6am launch had Jimmy Dean and Manziel take a route of their choosing as YHC called The rest of us (Brutus, Fireball, Cottontail) to join me on few laps through Nolan Middle school student pickup lane. This is a tight back and forth loop, that would work on some tight turning. Goal was to hit it hard, fast, and tight. Then we explored out North to hit a segment we rarely, if ever hit.
