7am Pax met up at the Tower for a quick warm up before heading to the guest area of operation.

7:30am 11 Pax gathered at WaterLefe Golf Course/ clubhouse parking lot and ran a lap.

With plenty of golfers in view, a total of 5 EH cards were handed out by @Chilipepper

The amazing workout is top secret, so if you really wanted to know how the beatdown went down you should have been there 🙂
