Welcome: At 0515, promptly greeted the pax and strolled through the 5 core principles and disclaimer. Greeted three downrange pax (can’t remember names and didn’t have a phone for namo-rama). We grabbed our sippy cups and away we went into the gloomy morning.

The Thang: YHC prepped some “gifts” and a number of UTC stores. Each gift was an actual Black Friday deal. So, as the pax jogged up to a given store, the deal was displayed along with its cost. The pax were given two options to pay for the deal. Payment was to be made with exercises, each rep being a certain amount toward payment of the Black Friday deal. The stores and deals / reps were as follows:

1. New Balance, NYC Marathon edition of the Fuelcell running shoe, $250. Exercise choices were: Reverse Lunge = $5 or Pulse Squat = $2. After pax completed payment a BOGO was announced, bear crawl to the sidewalk and back. Mozey to the next deal.
2. Dick’s, Nordictrac Treadmill, $1900. Exercise choices were: Merkin = $25 or LBC = $20. Once complete, BOGO was announced, sprint to median and jog the next median. Mozey.
3. Best Buy, 85″ QLED TV. Exercise choices were: Walk-out Tap = $50 or Get-up = $25. No BOGO. Mozey.
4. Men’s Warehouse, Ralph Lauren Suit, $800. Exercise choices were: Mule Kick = $25 or Big Boys = $20. No BOGO. Mozey.
5. Blossom Nail Spa, Mani — Pedi, $125. Exercise choices were: American Hammer = $2 or  SSH = $1. BOGO was a suicide ladder to each parking space stripe. Mozey.
6. Play-Tri, Felt IA Tri-bike, $6800. Exercise choices were: Burpee = $100 or  Sumo Squat = $25. No BOGO. Mozey back to the tower with a jailbreak to close.
