This being the true date of YHC 4 year F3-versary,  there were some thank you cards to be handed out today.

Each card had the number of reps and the exercise to do. Once we were done doing that exercise one pax ran down to the end of the parking lot and picked up a card. The other remaining pax did the 2nd exercise listed on the thank you card.   When he returned with the card we proceeded with the next 2 exercises. We repeated this 13 times.

Prayers were requested for Rapino’s friend’s daughter who is going through some mental issues. And also SnapShots sister-in-law who will be going through surgery to deal with cancer.   Also all of our 2.0s, 1st responders, military, medical staff, and teachers.

The last 4 years have really changed my life physically. I would not have ever done anything like this on my own.  I thank you all for your support and encouragement every day that I am out here participating in a beatdown.
