Warm up

15 side-straddle hops

5 burpees

Arm circles

Hamstring stretch

Squat stretch

Round of warm up Marys.

Main Set — executed as in the song, 12 days of Christmas: 1, then 2 and 1, then, 3 and 2 and 1, etc.  Regroup after every 100m run to reveal the next exercise.

1 100 m Run (that’s meters, not miles, Lancelot!)

2 Tricep Dips

3 Bench Jumps

4 Merkins

5 Burpees

6 Lunges (or jump lunges if you’re brave)

7 Jump Squats

8 Plank walks (hands to elbows)

9 V-ups

10 Air Squats

11 Big Boys

12 Ice Skaters

Went about 2 minutes over to finish.  Definitely a “leg day” with all the squats and jumps.
