Twas the gloom before Christmas
And all through the lot
Not a pax was stirring
Not even one spot.
All the coupons were laid out
On the lot with care,
In the hope that our pax
Would soon be there.

Ok on to the fun!  Six gathered at the entrance to the parking lot on this cold  60 degree morning.  What a day for a beatdown.

We started with the 5 principals:
•Free
•Open to all men
•Held outdoors rain or shine
•Led in a rotating manor
•Ends in a Circle of Trust
Time to warm up:  bad back stretches, lap around the circle and back.  SSH, strawberry pickers, hillbilly walkers. One more lap around the circle.

Thang
With playing cards Ace-6, each pax selected a card and went to that station.  We have 6 stations with different exercises.
30 LBCs
20 Merkins
20 Bobby Hurleys
20 Apollo Ono’s
25 American Hammers
10 Burpees
After done with the excersise proceed to the next station.  Each person was to use my present, a red block the entire time during the excersise.
We finished with two rounds.

Next was Quickdraw.  Each Pax picked a brick and we did that excersise and the number reps.

100 merkins to finish.  I started and did a merkin then the next person did one, and continued until reaching 100 total merkins.

Announcements: Merry Christmas!   Bridge of Life Runs, other runs getting back to normal.
Prayers and praises: my brother in law David with his cancer battle.  All first responders, military, and medical staff.
And continued prayers for our country.
