At 5:15, YHC thought it was going to be a solo morning.  But coming in hot was Ratchet.  Since no one took the Q, I pulled out my exercise deck, and we got started.

We first started with some stretching, followed by 25 different exercises.   Halfway through, we took a speed walk to the entrance and back.

We did the 45-minute workout in place of the 30/30 this morning.  YHC did not have a question, and we talked about a discussion should be with at least three persons.
