It was a nice cool 62°morning for a beatdown at The Bee Hive.  As there was only two of us, the principles and disclaimer were given and we took off for a mozi around the parking lot.  We stopped for some SSH, Strawberry Pickers and Michael Phelps.   We finished the mozi with some old man stretches and LBCs.

Since it was just the two of us, YHC called an audible, and we went for a full beatdown for 45 minutes and held off on the 30/30.
