With the Wild Pax Weekend happening, YHC knew that the attendance would be light.  But by 7am, seven HIM arrived and were ready to get warm with 54° and a northern breeze.

After the 5 core principles and disclaimer were given, and an explanation of the no mosey beatdown, we mosied to the Echo Chamber.   30 feet, that was all the running for the day.

We started with a warm up of SSH, Windmills, and Strawberry Pickers.

Thang 1: Not a Dora but a Dodo.
Sir Wallace has said that a Dora stands for Do One Run One.  Well YHC came up with the Dodo – Do On Do Other.  There are two excersises,  one partner does one excercise and the other partner does the other excercise,  then switching half way through.

DODO excercises:
100 SSH and Overhead Claps
200 Imperial Walkers and Toy Soldiers
300 MNC and partner holds Al Gore

Thang 2: AB Tabata
45 seconds of Ab excercise
15 second rest
36 excercises total
