Glorious cool morning. Got to the AO waited for any otherPAX to show up, but seems like everyone wanted to fartsack today. Started my day with stretches to get my muscles, joints, and ligaments to wake up. Did a four corner modified ALARM. Started out with Mercans at the first corner then lunges headed to the second. LBCs then side shuffle (facing EAST) to the third. Moroccan night clubs with walking shoulder taps to the fourth. Squats the side shuffle (facingSAST) back to the first. Did 4 count of each exercise started with 10 reps decreasing by 1 with each revolution of the circuit.
Nice quiet workout today.
