This workout was simple and easy … nothing more than a 1 minute run and 5 burpees.

Except we did repeated that as many times as we could within 45 minutes. After all, January is the month for the MABA / Centurion Challenge, so we need to get in all the burpees we can.

We did lighten the burpee workload by working in an additional exercise each time. So the workout looked like this:

  • Run for 1 minute
  • 5 burpees and 5 LBCs
  • Run for 1 minute
  • 5 burpees and 5 merkins
  • Run for 1 minute
  • 5 burpees and 5 plank jacks

We toured the area around Heritage Harbor on foot and ended up running around 2.5 miles, in addition to 125 burpees.

Chilipepper is launching a new AO in Parrish. Be there at 7 am on January 15 for the launch at Parrish UMC.
