1.5 mile jog with about 15 stops at the benches. Rotating through the group, one pax would recommend an exercise at each stop.
Exercises included: plyo-merkins, German long swims, merkins, burp-n-merk (to 10), flutter kicks, 30-60-90 leg raises, triangle merkins, cross-over burpees, double-dip squats, muffin tops, shoulder touches… I’m trying to think of where I’m sore today.
Ended with COT, announcements (Wild Pax!), prayer requests, praises, Mugsy led the prayer.
