Today we did a Jimmy Dean style run where every 1/4 mile we would stop and do exercises.

For the first three stops it was:

• 20 Merkins
• 20 LBCs
• 20 Squats

At the 1st mile mark we did 10 Burpees.

For the next three stops it was:

• 15 Carolina Dry Docks
• 15 Big Boy Sit ups
• 15 Imperial Walkers

Once back to the parking lot, we walked a lap before hitting the “triangle.” Can you make a circle with only three?
