Weather: Steamy Florida Summer
YHC arrived and witnessed Callaghan walking away from his car ruckless, but then returned to gather said ruck…succumbing to the knowledge that it’s time to get under some weight….after a great introduction and disclaimer by the Bootcamp Q, off we went on a 2 mile jaunt including stations of pain throughout. Each stop added another set of exercises, all with a 10 count. Exercises included:
- Bentover Rows
- LBCs *ruck over head
- Flutter Kicks *ruck over head
- Squats – ruck on front
- Monkey Humpers
- Tricep Lifts
Ending exactly what 6am with the bootcampers for a great COT.
It’s great to have two men rucking so we can learn more about one another, and we did that this morning, but we sure did miss our rucking buddies…and no, the photo does not represent what we did whatsoever!
